This Privacy Policy explains how Mark Sheet Generator handles information when you use the app to create student mark sheets and report cards.

Information You Enter

Mark Sheet Generator allows you to enter and manage information such as:

• Student names

• Father/parent names

• Roll numbers

• Marks and grades

• Class and subject information

• Examination and session details

• School name and address

• Principal and prepared-by information

• Report card settings

The student and school information you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your student records to our servers or operate a cloud database for storing school records.

Excel Import

The app allows you to import student and academic information using the predefined Excel format provided by Mark Sheet Generator.

When you import an Excel file, the app reads and processes the information on your device so it can be used to create report cards.

The imported student and academic information is stored locally on your device. Mark Sheet Generator does not upload the contents of your Excel files to our servers.

You are responsible for the information you include in an Excel file and for keeping your school and student records secure.

Excel Export

The app may provide a predefined Excel format that you can export and fill in before importing it back into the app.

The exported file is created on your device. You decide where to save the file and whether to share it with another person or application.

PDF Generation

Mark Sheet Generator generates report card PDF files directly on your device.

PDF files may be temporarily created while reports are being generated or previewed. You can choose to save, print, or share the generated PDF.

Mark Sheet Generator does not upload generated PDF files to our servers.

Data Storage

Information created or imported through the app is stored locally on your device.

We do not provide cloud storage for your student records.

If you choose to save, export, or share a file using Android or another application, that file may be accessible to the application or person you choose to share it with.

Analytics

Mark Sheet Generator uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to help us understand how the app is used and to improve its features and performance.

Analytics may collect information such as app usage events, device information, app version, and other technical information associated with your use of the app.

Firebase Analytics does not receive the student names, marks, grades, or other school records stored in the app as part of our normal app functionality.

Crash Reporting

Mark Sheet Generator uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to help identify and fix crashes and technical problems.

Crashlytics may collect crash reports and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, and information about the circumstances of a crash.

We do not intentionally send student records, marks, grades, or school information to Crashlytics.

Internet Access

The core functionality of Mark Sheet Generator, including creating report cards, entering marks, importing Excel files, and generating PDFs, is designed to work without an internet connection.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may use an internet connection to send analytics and crash information to their respective services.

Third-Party Services

Mark Sheet Generator currently uses the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics — used to understand app usage and improve the application.

Firebase Crashlytics — used to identify crashes and technical problems.

These services are provided by Google and may process technical and usage information according to their own privacy practices.

Mark Sheet Generator does not use cloud storage to store your student or school records.

Children's Privacy

Mark Sheet Generator is intended for use by teachers, schools, educational institutions, and parents.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Student information entered into the app is controlled by the person using the app.
